摘　　要： 教师能力的提升直接影响到一所学校的教学质量,师资培训是提升教师能力的重要途径之一。针对忽视教师个体性特点的培训现状以及欠理想的培训效果,有必要对高职院校教师能力进行细化、对能力特点进行再认识,在此基础上完善师资培训体系。 Teachers＇ ability directly affects the teaching quality of a school and teacher training is an important way to enhance their ability. In response to the status quo of neglecting of the teachers individual characteristics and the inefficient teacher training, vocational colleges should refine teachers＇ ability, deeply recognize its characteristics, and on this basis, perfect the teacher training system.
