摘　　要： 唐代统治者从国家治理的需要出发,结合当时佛教势力极度膨胀的情况,制定了一系列行之有效的法律,对僧尼与寺院实施规制,使得佛教的发展能够大致保持在统治者的掌控之内。这对于当代中国与佛教乃至全部宗教事务关系的处理和规制有借鉴意义。 Tang Dynasty rulers starting from the needs of national governance, combined with the extreme expan- sion of the Buddhist forces, two - pronged regulation of the behavior of monks and nuns and monasteries economic constraints, and developed a series of effective law Buddhist constraints makes the development of Buddhism re- mained generally within the control of the rulers, and a great reference for the processing and regulation of the rela- tionship of contemporary Buddhism.
