摘　　要： 湖南的"四化两型"建设取得了可喜成绩,成为中部崛起战略发展的典型。各地市中心城市发展与本地大学发展相得益彰,"四化两型"建设需要有优秀的城市建设者和管理者。地方高校该做好本地经济等各产业的研究,与企业协同,联合培养适合企业的人才,成为城市的文化、教育、科研中心;城市管理者应把大学的发展放在人才培养的重要位置,在经济上、政策上支持,在智力上依赖。 Hunan＇s ＂Shihua-liangxing＂ has made gratifying achievements become typical of central China strategic development. Around the city center of urban development and the development of local universities how to complement each other. Building needs of the four modernizations two types of city builders and managers.
