摘　　要： 依据蔗糖产业相关文献,对学者们的研究内容进行总结,阐述了蔗糖产业发展的历史、发展的理论背景及新技术发展方向,并分析了天气对蔗糖产业的影响和产业链的发展情况,同时提出了蔗糖产业发展中的问题及对策。 On the basis of sucrose industry related literature ,research contents of scholars were summarized.The history and theoretical background of the development of sucrose industry and new technology development direction were summarized ,the influence of weather on sucrose industry and development of the industrial chain were analyzed ,problems and countermeasures in the development of sucrose industry were also put forward.
