摘　　要： 硅烷处理技术在金属涂装领域得到广泛应用,该技术在替代传统的磷化方面,具有节能、环保等突出的优点。文章论述了硅烷处理剂的作用原理、优势和特点,并通过具体案例描述了一种环保硅烷处理剂的基本配方及其施工工艺和性能。 The silane pretreatment technology has found wide applications around the areas of metal coatings. Compared with the traditional Zinc phosphating, it is an energy-saving and environment-friendly pretreatment process. Here, we first discuss the work principles and advantages of the silane pretreatment solution. We also prepared a new kind of silane solution, and studied its process technology, parameter control, and performance based on one practical case in a factory.
