摘 要: 中国企业主要的成长模式深深植根于企业文化和结构中,较多表现为倾向选择单一的增长路径,直到遇到发展瓶颈时才被动考虑其他路径,而当采取其他增长路径遇到挫折时,又退回原来的成长路径。自源、借力和并购三种增长路径应该如何选择,关键取决于外部资源获取的难易和时间成本的大小。总体原则是,当外部资源较难获得时,企业选择自源式增长为佳;当时间成本较大时,企业选择借力和并购式增长为佳。 The main growth mode of China enterprise is deeply rooted in the corporate culture and structure, most enter-prise tend to choose the growth path of single, until encounter development bottleneck is passive to consider other path, and when to take other growth path encounter setbacks, and returned to the long path to the original. From the source, leveraging and M & A three growth path, how to choose, the key is to measure the external resource availability and time cost size. General principle is, when the external resources are difficult to obtain, which enterprises choose self source' type growth is better; when the time cost is larger, which enterprises choose borrow and M & A is the best.
