摘 要: 为了更深入地了解川黔地区小麦品种的白粉病抗性,为抗白粉病小麦品种的推广应用提供理论依据,2012—2013年在贵州贵阳市、赫章县和四川绵阳市3个试验点,对来自贵州、四川及其他省份的70份小麦品种在田间自然发病条件下小麦白粉病发病情况进行调查。结果表明:1)70份小麦品种有13个具有广谱抗性。2)28个贵州小麦品种有7个品种表现抗病(6个品种表现近免疫,1个品种表现高抗),31个四川小麦品种有6个品种表现抗病(全部表现近免疫)。3)1993—2005年审定的小麦品种已丧失白粉病抗性,2005年之后审定的部分小麦品种仍具有较好的白粉病抗性。 In order to investigate the cultivars’resistance to powdery mildew,70 wheat cultivars from Guizhou and Sichuan were evaluated in three sites (Guiyang,Hezhang and Mianyang)during 2012-2013. Results:1)13 cultivars have broad-spectrum resistance to powdery mildew in total.2)Among 28 wheat cultivars from Guizhou Province,one cultivar showed high resistance and six were immune to it.Among 31 wheat cultivars from Sichuan Province,six cultivars showed immunity and four of which were bred by Mianyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences.3)All of the cultivars registered from 1993 to 2005 were susceptible to powdery mildew now.Partial cultivars registered after 2005 were still resistant to powdery mildew.
