摘　　要： 高校本科教学质量监控体系是教学质量管理的重要组成部分。高校本科教学质量监控体系应从五个"层次—维度"模式来系统建构教学质量监控体系分析框架的前提、基础、组织结构、技术手段与核心思想,应遵循周期性与时效性、全面与重点、外部与内部以及规范性与自主性"四结合"的实践运行原则。 The monitoring system of teaching quality in university is an important part of teaching quality management. In the monitoring system it is necessary to build systematically the premise, organizational structure, technical means and the core ideas of the monitoring system analysis framework in five ＂level-dimension＂ model and the ＂four combination＂ practice-operating principle should be followed such as periodicity and timeliness, comprehensiveness and focus, externai and internal as well as standardization and autonomy.
