摘　　要： 运用观察法和数据统计法,对2013年世界女排大奖赛中中国女排9场预赛和5场总决赛共14场比赛进行统计分析。认为中国女排应主动寻求变革之路:积极提高整体的发球攻击力,特别是注意减小个别球员的发球失误率;中国女排的接发球,主要由主攻、接应二传和自由人3人组合完成,应考虑改变接发球阵型,同时加强主要接发球队员的接发球训练;进攻结构过于单一,应适当增加进攻点,丰富进攻手段,特别是加强后排进攻能力,通过改变和丰富整体进攻结构,提高队伍的整体进攻能力;整体拦网能力偏低,这同其不十分了解对手有关,今后应在熟悉对手的基础上,加强拦网预判和拦网意识的训练;要在训练、运动员康复和科学分析体系上进行全面改革。 For improving the ability and results of Chinese women＇s volleyball team, this paper analyzes 14 matches on Volleyball World Grand Prix 2013 using observation and mathematical statistics. The result shows that the Chinese women＇s volleyball team should search the road of reform actively. It should higher serve deviation. The reserve players are attack／ setter and the libero. Chinese women＇s volleyball team should change the formations. And at the same time, it strengthens the training of the main receiving play ers. The structure of the attack is simple. It should increase attack point and abound attack methods espe cially back attack. And it improves the whole attack ability. The block ability of Chinese women＇s volley ball team is lower. Based on familiar with opponents, Chinese women＇s volleyball team should increase block anticipation and consciousness training. It should reform the whole system from training rehabilita- tion and scientific analysis.
