摘　　要： 介绍了诊断仪的基本工作原理，根据测量要求设计了相应硬件和软件．本诊断仪适用于激光加工用的大功率激光的光束光斑质量诊断． The principle of high power laser beam diagnostic instrument is introduced, the hardware and software are designed according to the requirement of measurement. The diagnostic instrument can be used in the diagnosis of beam and focus of high power laser.
