摘 要: "人因工程"是工业工程专业的核心课程之一,但课程教学中存在的问题导致课程教学效果无法与课程地位相匹配。基于课程教学存在的问题,提出了在教学内容优化、教学方法手段改进及教学资源建设方面进行探索和实践。经教学实践证明,应用情况良好。 "Ergonomics" is one of the core professional courses of industrial engineering major, but there is no corresponding teaching effect because of the existing problems in teaching. Aiming at the problems, course content optimization, teaching method improvement and teaching resources construction are carried out, and the teaching practice proves that the implemen- tation has significant results.
