摘　　要： 著名华文女作家聂华苓的两部长篇小说《桑青与桃红》和《千山外,水长流》是海外华文文学中的名篇巨作。这两部作品在人物形象的寓意、身份认同的隐喻乃至小说结构特征三个方面都呈现出作者鲜明而独特的文化意蕴:不同时期对中国形象的表征;家国认同的转变及作者对海外华人身份及作用的重新认定。 The famous overseas Chinese writer Hualing Nie created two novels Sangqing Yu Taohong and Qian Shan Wai,Shui Chang Liu which are great works in Overseas Chinese Literature. The essay analyzes the transitions from three aspects: the representation of protagonist's image, protagonist's identity and novel construction. Hualing Nie's cultural allegory,unfixable identity and the orientation of overseas' Chinese can be revealed clearly through those three perspectives.
