摘　　要： 制订广东省水质达标率控制指标,对确立全省水资源保护工作重点,加快建立水功能区管理责任和考核体系具有重要意义。提出了水质达标率控制指标编制原则,明确了水质达标率控制体系,并制定了水质达标率控制指标分解的思路,为下一步广东省各行政区水域水质达标率控制指标的确定奠定基础。 Defining control indexes of water quality target rate is the main task for water resources protection in Guangdong Province. It is of great significance to have water function zoning and performance evaluation system. The principle of defining control indexes of water quality target rate is proposed that specifies the target rate of water quality and how to break down the indexes, which places a foundation for imposing control indexes of water quality in water bodies of all administrative areas in Guangdong Province in the future.
