摘　　要： 首次报道从中国南海海绵Polymastiasobustia中分离得到 5个纯化合物 ,经过MS ,IR ,1 HNMR ,1 3CNMR(DEPT) ,HMQC和HMBC等波谱技术鉴定为 :豆甾 5 烯 7 羰基 3β 甾醇 (1) ,N (1 羟甲基 2 ,6 二羟基 )十七烷基 5 羟基二十四脂肪酰胺(2 ) ,胸腺嘧啶 (3) ,尿嘧啶 (4 ) ,对羟基苯甲酸 (5 ) ;其中化合物 1和化合物 2为新化合物。 Five compounds have been isolated from the sponge Polymastia sobustia collected from the South China sea. Their structures were established as stigmast 5 ene 7 one 3β ol (1), N (1 hydroxymethyl 2,6 dihydroxyl)heptadecyl 5 hydroxyltetracosanamide (2), thymine (3), uracil (4), p hydroxy benzoic acid (5), by MS, IR, 1D NMR, 2D NMR, and elemental analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds.
