摘　　要： 综述了苯丙氨酸的性质及应用。苯丙氨酸既可以直接用作医药产品、食品添加剂和饲料添加剂，又可以作制备抗癌药物的中间体和阿斯巴甜的原料，其市场需求量逐年增加。还综述了１５种生产方法的特点，指出苯胺路线是一种值得发展的合成路线。 The property and application of phenylalanie were summarized.. Phenylalanine was used not only as medicine products, food additives and feed additives , but also as intermediate product of anti-cancer medicine and Aspartame. The demand amount is bigger and bigger. The characteristic of 15 manufacture methods of phenylalanine was summarized. It was pointed out that aniline way was worth developing.
