摘　　要： 配合行业标准《城镇排水管道检测与评估技术规程》(CJJ 181—2012)的发布实施,介绍了结构性缺陷的定义和分类。结合香港《管道状况评价(电视检测与评估)技术规程》(第4版),分析、对比了两个规程关于管道结构性缺陷设置(缺陷分类、缺陷特征描述、缺陷定级)的相同和不同之处。 Along with the publication and implementation of Technical Specification for Inspection and Evaluation of Urban Sewers （CJJ 18l -2012）, its definition and contents of structural defects were described. Combined with the Code of Practice for Conduit Condition Evaluation Using CCTV in Hong Kong （4th edition）, the similarities and differences in definition of structural pipe defects （classification of defects, defect characterization and defect grading） between the two specifications were analyzed and compared.
