摘 要: 选用株高有显著差异的甜玉米自交系T19和T7为亲本配制杂交组合,以232个F2单株为作图群体,用复合区间作图法在玉米全基因组上检测株高QTL。结果显示,共检测到3个株高QTLs,分别位于第4、9染色体上。其中,在第9染色体上检测到1个株高QTL,为qPH-9-1,其加性效应为-7.53,对表型的贡献率为15.8%;在第4染色体上检测到2个株高QTLs,分别为qPH-4-1、qPH-4-2,其加性效应分别为-6.33和-6.75,对表型的贡献率分别为12.8%和14.5%。 Cross was made by selecting two sweet corn inbreds(T19 and T7) differed significantly in plant height. Using 232 F2 individuals as mapping population, QTLs screening in whole corn genome was carried out with the methods of composite interval mapping. The results showed that there were 3 QTLs of plant height separately, located on chromosome 4 and 9. A- mong them, qPH-9-1 was located on chromosome 9, with additive effect of-7.53 that could explain 15.8% of the variance. On the chromosome 4, 2 QTLs(qPH-4-1, qPH-4-2) had additive effect of-6.33 and-6.75, with the contribution rates for phenotype of 12.8% and 14.5%.
