摘　　要： 政治语篇的话语特征与其他科学、文学、教育语篇的类似特征有着本质区别。政治语篇的作者要对其内容负责。领导人布置的政治文本可能是由一大群专家们准备的,但是在宣读或者签署文本时领导人要对其内容负责。文本接受者感兴趣的是政治家的观点,而不是他助手的观点。对文件中包含的情况、评价和他们的表达方式的可能性批评都是针对政治家的,而不是针对他助手的。 This article is intended to describe the discoursive characteristics of political texts which are different in kind from those of scientific or pedagogical texts. As a politician, the author of a political text ought to be responsible for the content of the text despite the fact it is probably the result of work of a group of specialists. The readers are concerned with the politi- cian＇ s point of view, not that of his/her assistants. Their critique of the proposition, discourse and locution involved in the text is directed at the politician, not his assistants.
