摘 要: 应用以离子液体为基础的均相液液微萃取技术,建立酸奶样品中磺胺类抗生素的高效液相色谱分析法。通过加盐和调节酸奶样品的pH值将酸奶样品中的蛋白质和脂类除去。考察样品溶液中的盐浓度、pH值、离子液体的体积、离子对试剂用量、萃取时间等因素对均相液液微萃取的影响。磺胺嘧啶、磺胺甲基嘧啶、磺胺二甲基嘧啶、磺胺甲嗯唑的检出限分别是8.17,7.43,6.71,7.51μg/L,应用此种方法对4种酸奶样品进行分析,加标回收率在95.78%~104.38%,相对标准偏差低于5.23%。该方法简便易行、富集倍数高、检出限低、回收率结果良好、有机溶剂用量较少,在满足酸奶中磺胺类药物检测要求的同时也减少分析过程对环境和人体的危害。 Developed a method for analysis of sulfonamide antibiotics in yoghurt by Ionic liquid-based homogeneous liquid - liquid micro- extraction (II.-based HLLME) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography. The proteins and lipids were removed by adding salt and adjusting the pH value~ The experimental parameters of the IL-based HLLME, including salt concentration in sample solution, pH value of sample solution, volume of ionic liquid, amount of ion- pairing agent (NH4PF6), and extraction time, were evaluated. Un- der the optimized experimental conditions, a good linearity was showed in the range of 25 ~300 μg/L. The limits of detection for sul- fadiazine, sulfamerazine, sulfamethazine and sulfamethoxazole were 8. 17, 7. 43, 6. 71, 7. 51 μg/L, respectively. When the proposedmethod was applied to the analysis of milk samples the recoveries of the analytes ranged from 95. 78% to 104. 38%, and the relative standard deviations were lower than 5.23%.
