摘 要: 由人均建设用地与健康人均建设用地水平构建要素指数法评价模型,并结合皖江城市带承接产业转移与国土空间格局调整的现实需求,对区域内59个县(市、区)进行了土地承载力评价,结果显示,皖江城市带有55个县市区土地承载状态为Ⅰ级(良好状态),仅芜湖市镜湖区、铜陵市铜官山区、合肥市瑶海区与马鞍山市花山区土地承载潜力较小;通过与长三角城市群、京津冀城市群的土地承载力比较,皖江城市带的土地资源优势明显。研究表明,基于要素指数法的土地资源承载力评价方法科学可行,便于实现区域间评价结果的比较。 The carrying capacity of land resources is an important basis for realizing regional sustainable development and land spatial pattern optimization. This study proposed the model of factor index method with the construction land per capita and health construction land per capita, and combined with the practical demand of industrial transfer and land spatial pattern adjustment to assess the land carrying capacity of 59 counties(cities,districts) in Wanjiang city belt. The evaluation results show that the urban land carrying states of 55 counties are 1 level (in good condition), and only 4 districts (Jinghu District of Wuhu City, Tongguanshan District of Tongling City, Yaohai District of Hefei City and Huashan District of Ma'anshan City) with small carrying capacity potential. Compared with the land carrying capacity of Yangtze River Delta city group,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city group, there is obvious superiority of land resource in Wanjiang city belt. This study indicates that the evaluation method of land resources carrying capacity is scientific and feasible with factor index method.
