摘 要: 为了确定矮化密植红枣采收装置的关键参数,采用二次回归通用旋转组合的试验设计方法,建立了红枣采净率与振幅、频率、振动时间三因素之间的数学模型。同时,分析了各影响因素对采净率的影响,结果表明:参数组合为振幅9mm、频率15Hz、振动时间17s时,采净率达到96.2%,且果品和果枝的损伤较小。 In order to determine the key parameters of dwarf and close planting red jujube harvesting device, adopted ex- periment design method of quadratic regression general rotational combination, established mathematical model of red ju- jube between net rate and amplitude, frequency, vibration time, which analyzed the factors on the influence of the net rate. an optimum combination of input parameters was obtained were amplitude 9mm, frequency 15 Hz, and vibration time 17s. the net rate reached 96.2% , and fruit and branches were less damage
