摘 要: 为了解决矮化密植红枣人工收获的问题,根据新疆矮化密植红枣的种植模式和收获要求,研制了自走式矮化密植红枣收获机。介绍了激振装置的结构和工作原理,阐述了其设计过程。通过对激振装置进行运动分析,获得了工作过程中拨杆正反运动时速度、加速度和惯性力等参数值,为矮化密植红枣收获机的进一步研究提供了理论基础。 To solve the artificial harvest problem ot dwart anct ctose planting jujube,based on planting pattern and harvesting requirements of Xinjiang dwarf and close planting jujube, developed self-propelled dwarf and close planting ju- jube harvest machine. This paper discussed structure and working principle of excitation device and introduced the design process, through kinematic analysis of the excitation device, obtain parameters value of velocity , acceleration , inertia force in the positive and negative kinematic process of the rod. and provide theoretical basis for the dwarf and close olanting jujube harvest machine further research.
