摘 要: 以聚氨酯乳液为主要连接料,通过加入一定配比的蜡乳液、增粘树脂和偶联剂等制得一种水性可剥离纸塑复膜胶。研究了聚氨酯乳液的类型及其与蜡乳液不同配比,不同增粘树脂的种类和用量,以及不同硅烷偶联剂的用量对纸塑复膜胶性能的影响。结果表明,选择阴离子脂肪族聚氨酯乳液为主要连接料、用量为48.2%,以天然乳胶为增粘树脂、用量为7.8%,而且蜡乳液为39.5%、硅烷偶联剂为4%时,所制备的水性可剥离纸塑复膜胶具有剥离强度适中,纸塑分离时纸张保持完整,粘结面干燥、不返黏的特点,满足纸塑包装的要求。 A water-based strippable paper/plastic laminated adhesive was prepared with polyurethane emulsion as main binder by adding certain amounts of wax emulsion, tackifying resin, and coupling agent. The effects of the type of polyurethane emulsion and its different ratios to wax emulsion, the type and dosage of various tackifying resins, and the amount of silane coupling agent on the performance of the paper/plastic laminated adhesive were studied. The results indicated that the water-based strippable paper/plastic laminated adhesive prepared with anionic aliphatic polyurethane emulsion 48.2% as main binder, natural latex 7.8% as tackifying resin, wax emulsion 39.5%, and silane coupling agent 4% has suitable peeling strength, makes the paper keep intact and bonding surface maintain dry, and prevent after-tack when separating paper and plastic. The performance of the adhesive meets the requirement of paper/plastic packaging.
