摘　　要： 源于捍卫国家利益的控制需要和构建社会记忆的管理需求,政府建设档案信息资源体系已经取得两方面的效果,一是搭建资源建设规模——涵盖全部档案信息资源的管理体系,二是制定资源获取规则——建立了维护全社会公共利益的供应体系,但是政府建设档案信息资源体系也面临着能力不够和意愿低下的困境。 Derived from the defence of the state interests and the construction of the social memory, construction of archives information resource by the government has achieved good results of establishing a management system covering all archive information recourses as well as a supply system to maintain the social public interests. Meanwhile, because of lack of capacity and desire, the government falls in trouble on construction of archives information resources.
