摘　　要： 在文化建设转型升级时期,图书馆服务工作更显重要。文章以肇庆地区图书馆为例,调研基层图书馆服务状况,分析基层图书馆的长处和不足,并提出对策:提升图书馆服务工作的使命感,明确图书馆的服务性质,建立必要的反馈制度,开展服务承诺。 Library social service is of great importance in the process of cultural transformation and upgrading. This article studies the social service of the city and county libraries in Zhaoqing region; sums up their strengths and weaknesses after data analysis; and brings forward countermeasures for future library service： enhancing library staff＇s sense of mission, establishing feedback system, and making service commitment.
