摘 要: 高职院校在质量管理过程中往往过分注重质量控制体系构建,容易陷入质量控制工具论的误区,从而过分依赖质量控制的操作性和技术性,难以形成可持续的质量保障长效机制。因此,必须超越这种侧重于方法、技术层面的体系与制度的局限,积极孕育适合高职院校实际的、内化为组织成员的自觉行为的质量文化。 Higher vocational colleges often pays too much attention to the quality control system construction in the quality management process and is easy to fall into the quality control tools on errors, which relies on the quality control of the operations and technology, it is difficult to form a long - term mechanism for ensuring the sustainable quality. Therefore, it is important to move beyond the technical method and into the organization of quality culture which is internalized of self- conscious behavior of members.
