摘 要: 针对内蒙古呼和浩特产底希芮品种马铃薯,采用平顶圆柱压头对完整块茎进行压缩试验研究,建立了马铃薯整茎的压缩模型,确定了模型粘弹性参数,并在ADAMS环境下完成了建模、仿真与验证;研究还将压缩试验后测定的马铃薯整茎淀粉含量,与压缩模型的粘弹性参数进行了相关性分析,得出马铃薯整茎淀粉含量与粘性系数间的回归方程,为利用粘弹性力学参数估测马铃薯淀粉含量提供了参考。 In the test, the tuber of desiree potato was compressed by cylindrical probe, the force-deformation curve was measured. The viscoelastic model of tuber was established and the viscoelastic parameters were determined. Moreover, the model was simulated and verified in ADAMS. In order to get the correlation between mechanical properties and starch content of potato, the study determined the starch content of tuber by using IODINE-STARCH colorimetric method. The results indicated that viscosity coefficient which had been obtained from the viscoelastic model was significantly correlated with starch content and water ratio, and the regression equation of starch content and the viscosity coefficient was deter-mined, as a result.
