摘 要: 用户评价是图书馆一切服务工作的出发点。针对图书馆用户群,提出揭示馆藏文献资源的用户评价模型,采取加权平均方法将用户对图书馆相关文献资源满意度等方面的评价进行量化。调整馆藏结构与服务模式,使图书馆文献资源向少而精的方向良性发展,增强图书馆文献资源的利用率。 The user evaluation is the start of whole library service. This paper aims at the user group of library, puts forward the user evaluation model for revealing collected literature resource, it performs quantization for user satisfaction at related literature resource etc by taking weighted average method. Through adjusting collection structure and ser- vice model, it makes the library achieve a good progress in the direction of less but better literature resource and en- hance availability of the library literature resource.
