广州市排水管道检查与非开挖修复技术

摘  要: 2009-2010年,广州市以举办第16届亚运会为契机,加快宜居城市建设,投资340亿元人民币进行水环境综合整治,但仍存在排水管道排水不畅等问题,需要加强对现有管道的检测、评估与维护,发挥其应有能力。重点介绍了广州市排水管道状况检查的方法,以及发现管道存在的结构性缺陷与功能性缺陷问题,同时给出了各种非开挖修复管道技术的适用条件。通过对工程案例中不同管道修复技术的技术、经济对比,认为非开挖排水管道修复技术经济可行、技术可靠。在政府提出大力推进节能减排,促进转型发展之时,结合广州地区的工程特点,对环保、经济的管道非开挖修复技术进行大力推广势在必行。 During 2009-2010, city construction in Guangzhou was speeded up by the 16th Asian Games. During this period, about RMB 34 billion was invested in comprehensive improvement of water environment. However, problems of poor drainage still existed, and the existing pipelines needed to be inspected, evaluated, and repaired. In this paper, several inspection methods for pipe- line were summarized, and structural and functional defects existed in pipelines were also summed up. Meanwhile, the application conditions of several trenchless repair methods for pipeline were summarized in a table. The economic viability of the trenchless repair method of pipeline was con- firmed by technical and economic comparison. In conclusion, based on the characteristics of the en-gineering projects in Guangzhou, the application of the environment-friendly and economical trenchless pipeline repair method should be enforced especially during the time when government were striving to reduce energy consumption and improve the development transformation.
