摘　　要： 收入差距过大,富人鲜施慈善,先富阶层行为失范,贫穷者的妒忌心理以及大众媒体的侧重渲染等都可能导致仇富现象的产生。文章以马尔库塞的"虚假需求"理论为出发点,对仇富问题产生的过程及原因进行了分析,揭露了在虚假需求的物欲诱惑下一部分人的精神腐化是社会仇富现象产生的思想根源。在将整个社会分为政府、先富阶层、后富阶层的基础之上,借鉴学习型组织构建团队核心凝聚力的方法,提出了在政府主导下,先富阶层和后富阶层进行"自我修炼"的仇富问题解决路径。 The hatred for the rich can be possibly caused by factors including the unreasonable income gap, the lack of charity by the rich, the behavioral anomie of the wealthy, the jealousy of the impoverish and the bias report by the mass media. Based on False Need Theory by Marcuse, this article analyzes the process and cause of such is- sue, and discloses that the spiritual corruption of some people is the ideological origin of the hatred phenomenon. The solution with the combination of governmental guidance and self-cultivation, based on the division of different groups, is put forward in this article.
