重金属在肉鹅组织中的分布特点

摘  要: 研究肉鹅生长过程中重金属在机体组织的分布特点。试验在广东肉鹅主产区选择一家鹅场,饲养健康雏鹅500只,在1、70和90日龄随机选取8只采集胸肌、腿肌、肝脏和骨骼组织样,并采集养殖地洗浴池水样和池底淤泥样品。组织样、水样和淤泥样中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)和砷(As)的测定方法均参照国家标准方法。结果表明,在肉鹅生长期,四种组织的各重金属含量均在安全范围内。Pb在骨骼含量最高,富集程度较高,在另三种组织中累积程度不高,含量低;Cd在肝脏中含量高,富集程度较高,在另三种组织中含量低且累积程度不高;Cr在胸肌和骨骼中高,在腿肌和肝脏中含量较低,除在骨骼中有一定累积外,在另三种组织无明显富集;As在各组织均无检出。 The distribution characteristics of heavy metals in goose tissues were studied in the growth process. 500 healthy goslings were raised in a goose farm chosen from the main producing areas in Guangdong province. 8 geese were selected randomly at 1, 70 and 90 d of age, and the tissue samples including breast muscle, leg muscle, liver and skeletal were collected from the chosen geese. The water sample and bottom mud sample of bath pool were drawn. The determination methods of plumbum (Pb),cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr) and arsenic (As) in tissue samples, water samples and sediment samples refer to the national standard methods. The results showed there the content of heavy metals in 4 tissues of goose were in the safe range during growing. The content and enrichment degree of Pb in bone were the highest in the four tissues, and lower for the other three tissues. The content and enrichment degree of Cd in the liver were higher than the other three tissues, and that of the three tissues were very low. The contents of Cr were higher in breast muscle and bone, and were lower in leg muscle and liver. In addition to a certain accumulation in the bone, there were no obvious enrichment in the other three tissues. Arsenic in the four tissues was not found.
