摘 要: 建立了一种基于超高效合相色谱(Ultra performance convergence chromatography,UPC2)技术分析纸质印刷包装材料中10种光引发剂(Photoinitiators,PIs)的快速检测方法。纸质印刷包装材料用乙腈进行萃取,经有机膜过滤后,采用超临界CO2-甲醇梯度洗脱,经Acquity UPC2CSH Fluoro-Phenyl色谱柱(150mm×3mm,1.7μm)分离,通过紫外检测器对目标化合物进行分析,外标法定量。通过对超高效合相色谱条件的优化,10种光引发剂能够在4min内实现有效分离,目标物在0.5~10mg/L内线性关系良好(R2〉0.998),3个加标水平(0.4,1和2mg/m2)的回收率在74.9%~121.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.7%~9.2%,检出限(LOD)为0.27~0.76mg/m2。实际样品分析结果表明,本方法简便、测定结果准确,可用于纸质包装材料中10种光引发剂残留的快速检测。 A rapid detection method of residual photoinitiators (PIs) in paper-made packaging based on ultra performance convergence chromatography was developed. The packing paper was extracted ultrasonically using acetonitrile, followed by clean-up of extract using 0.22 pan organic phase filter. The PIs were completely separated in 4 min on the column of Acquity UPC2 CSH Fluoro-Phenyl by gradient elution with carbon dioxide and menthol system. All of the 10 PIs had good linear relationship (R2〉0. 998) between 0.5-10 mg/L. The recoveries of 10 PIs were in the range from 74.9% to 121.5% at three spike levels of 0.4, 1 and 2 mg/m2 with relative standard deviation less than 9.2%. The limits of detection of target compounds in the method were ranged from 0.27 mg/m2 to 0.76 mg/m2. The real sample analysis showed that this simple and accurate method could be used for the determination of the residues of 10 PIs simultaneously in the paper-made packaging sample.
