摘　　要： 文化是一个十分模糊的概念,但它的表现形式十分具体。研究跨国有组织犯罪的角度可以有很多,其中黑社会组织犯罪的文化形式可以是其一。作为一种传播广泛的媒体形式,电影与文化生活的互动频繁。以黑社会为题材的电影是华语电影的重要组成部分,其中属香港涉黑题材电影最为典型。电影投射出的黑社会组织犯罪有许多符号,较为突出的包括神秘、"义"、身份认同、崇尚暴力和拜金。而这些只是现实中的香港黑社会组织犯罪亚文化的抽象与简化。尽管如此,研究涉黑题材的香港电影还是能从一个侧面了解现实中的黑社会组织犯罪,回答为什么黑社会摆明了是有组犯罪的姿态却仍然让有些人加入而深陷其中的问题。 Transnational organized crime is becoming a more and more serious problem all over the world. We can discuss transnational organized crime from many angles, such as considering the sub-culture of organized crime. Culture is a very vague concept with some specific manifestations. As a branch of culture, sub-culture is not born to be bad, but with something about crime, it become a dangerous thing for the society. What does subculture of organized crime look like ？ The question could be answered from various ways. The more directly way is toread from the image. Films, as a widespread form of media, interact with culture and society frequently. It can show us the cruel world in short. Films with the underworld as a theme make up a very important part of Chinese films, among which the Hong Kong triad Films, such as A Better Tomorrow, Young and Dangerous, Election and so on, are the most typical ones. The triad is the specific name of organization built for committing crime in Hong Kong. Organized crime in the movies expresses many symbols of the triad, such as mysterious history and figure, justice in the underworld, identity feeling, advocating violence and adoring money. There are a thousand Hamlets in a thousand people＇s eyes. Different audience can read different meaning of the movie. Some may feel these movies disgusting, but some, especially those child and young people, may be misled and try to do bad things even to commit crime. Hong Kong movies about triad are just some abstraction and simplification of the Triad. Nevertheless, doing some research on the Hong Kong triad movies may help get a profile of the organized crime in the real world. And in some cases it may answer the question why so many people decide to joint the organized crime and work hard for it when they know that people gathering there is committing or committed crimes.
