摘 要: 研究了热等静压处理对K4169高温合金显微形貌和常温、高温下拉伸和持久性能的影响。结果表明,热等静压后再进行标准热处理可有效消除薄壁铸件中的Laves相,使得室温和650℃下的拉伸性能均有明显提高,持久寿命从标准热处理态的26.7 h提高到89.5 h。 The effect of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) on the microstructures, tensile properties and stress rupture properties of K4169 superalloy casting at both room temperature and 650℃ was investigated. The results show that the Laves phase of the superalloy can be eliminated after HIP and further standard heat treatment. Furthermore, the tensile properties of the HIP state superalloy were improved greatly and the stress rupture life increases from 26.7 h to 89.5 h.
