摘　　要： 在电子商务环境下,景德镇陶瓷企业所面对的市场环境发生了很多深刻的变化,如何有效地获得并运用电子商务人才已成为景德镇陶瓷企业将来必须解决的问题。本文结合景德镇陶瓷企业的普遍特点,分析了陶瓷企业对电子商务人才的需求规律,调查研究了景德镇陶瓷企业对此类人才的使用状况,并提出了若干对策和建议。 In the electronic commerce environment, the market situation faced by Jingdezhen ceramic enterprises has changed greatly. So how to gain and utilize electronic commerce talents effectively has been a problem that must be solved by Jingdezhen ceramic enterprises in the near future. Based on the general features of Jingdezhen ceramic enterprises, this paper analyzes the law of Jingdezhen ceramic enter- prises＇ demand for electronic commerce talents, investigates the current state of the utilization of the talents in Jingdezhen ceramic enter- prises, and puts forward several counter measures and suggestions.
