摘 要: 采用问卷调查法,以577名企业员工作为研究对象,探讨角色显著性在工作-家庭冲突模型中的影响机制。得到以下结论:工作要求越多,工作-家庭冲突越强;工作-家庭冲突越强,工作满意度越低;角色显著性在工作要求和工作-家庭冲突之间起调节作用,而在工作-家庭冲突和工作满意度之间没有起到调节作用。 This paper adopts questionnaire, with 577 employees as samples, and makes the following conclusions: job demands are positively related to work-family conflict; work-family conflict is negatively related to job satisfaction. Role salience moderates the relationship between job demands and work-family conflict, but it has no moderating effect on the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction.
