摘 要: 以复合中草药Ⅰ(广藿香、山楂、麦芽、砂仁)、复合中草药Ⅱ(广藿香、山楂、决明子)水煎剂按体积分数3%加入基础饲料中持续饲喂草鱼30、60d,以饲喂基础饲料为对照组,探讨复合中草药对草鱼生长性能和非特异性免疫功能的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲喂复合中草药Ⅱ60d,草鱼饵料系数显著降低;饲喂复合中草药Ⅰ、Ⅱ30d,草鱼肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力显著提高,丙二醛含量显著降低,复合中草药Ⅰ组草鱼血清总超氧化物歧化酶活力显著提高;饲喂复合中草药Ⅰ、Ⅱ60d,草鱼血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力、溶菌活力均显著提高,其中饲喂复合中草药Ⅱ的草鱼白细胞吞噬指数亦显著提高。复合中草药Ⅰ、Ⅱ均可增强草鱼非特异性免疫功能。 Using 3%(v/v) compound Chinese herbal medicine I (patchouli, hawthorn, malt amd amomum villosum) and compound Chinese herbal medicine 11 (patchouli,hawthorn and semen cassia) added into basic feed, feeding grass carp for 30 d or 60 d, compared to the control group, the effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance and non-specif- ic immunity of grass carp were studied. The results were as follows., feed coefficient ratio(FCR)of grass carp feeding compound Chinese herbal medicine ]I for 60 d decreased significantly compared with the control group; feeding compound herbal I and 11 for 30 d,liver GSH-Px activity were significantly increased, MDA content of grass carp decreased, total serum SOD activity feeding compound Chinese herbal medicine I also significantly elevated; Serum GSH-Px activity, bacteriolytic activity of grass carp feeding compound herbal I and ]I for 60 d were increased significantly, the phagocytic index of grass carp feeding corn pound Chinese herbal medicine lI was significantly increased. Compound Chinese herbal medicine I and ]] could both enhance the non-specific immunity of grass carp.
