不同骨料对抗冲耐磨混凝土性能的影响

摘  要: 研究了天然花岗片麻岩、灰岩、花岗岩和玄武岩人工骨料对抗冲耐磨混凝土力学性能、抗冲磨性能和抗裂性能的影响。结果表明:花岗片麻岩天然骨料混凝土的强度和极限拉伸值较低,混凝土抗裂性和抗冲磨性较差,不适于用于抗冲耐磨混凝土;人工骨料中玄武岩骨料抗冲耐磨性能最好,但极限拉伸值较低,弹性模量较高,抗裂性较差;花岗岩人工骨料混凝土的极限拉伸值较高,抗裂性较好,抗冲磨强度仅次于玄武岩人工骨料混凝土;掺加人工合成纤维可以提高混凝土的抗冲耐磨性能,并可以极大改善混凝土的抗裂性能。采用高强度的人工骨料并掺加人工合成纤维是提高水工抗冲耐磨混凝土性能的重要技术途径。 This paper studies the effect of various aggregates on properties of mechanical, abrasion resistant and crack resistance of abra- sion resistance concrete,such as granitic gneiss nutural aggregate,limestone crushed aggregate,granite crushed aggregate and basalt crushed aggregate.The results show that, among concretes with experimental aggregates, strength and ultimate tensile value of concrete with granitic gneiss nutural aggregate are lowest,which has poor abrasion resistant and crack resistance so that unfit for the abrasion resis- tant concrete.Among experimental concretes,concrete with basalt crushed aggregate has the highest strength of abrasion resistant,but low- er ultimate tensile value and higher elasticity modulus, so that has the poor cracking resistance.concrete with granite crushed aggregate has higher ultimate tensile value and preferably performance of crack resistance and abrasion resistance ,which is only second to the concrete of basalt crushed aggregate.The synthetic fiber can improve abrasion resistance strength of the concrete.The crack resistance of concrete with fiber is enhanced obviously.Adopting artificial aggregate with high strength and high performance synthetic fiber is the key technical approach to improve performance of hydranlic abrasion resistance concrete.
