摘 要: 以环境动态性为调节变量,实证分析两种密切关联的战略导向对创新绩效的影响作用.基于256家珠三角地区公司的实证分析,得出如下结果:市场导向和创业导向均对产品创新绩效显著正向影响,前者的影响程度强于后者;环境动态性负向调节市场导向与产品创新绩效的关系,正向调节创业导向与产品创新绩效的关系.基于成长型市场的样本检验了环境动态性在不同战略导向与产品创新绩效间的调节效应,相应的研究发现和管理启示对我国尤其是珠三角企业的创新实践具有参考价值. Taking environmental dynamics as moderator, it discusses the impacts of two closely related strategic orienta- tions on innovation performance. Based on an empirical analysis of 256 companies in the Pearl River Delta, conclusion shows: both market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have significant positive impacts on product innovation performance, and the impact of the former is greater; environmental dynamics negatively moderates the relationship be- tween market orientation and product innovation performance, and positively moderates the relationship between entre- preneurial orientation and product innovation performance. The innovation and theoretical contribution lay in that the moderating effect of environmental dynamics between different strategic orientations and product innovation performance was verified with the sample of growth market. These findings and managerial inspirations can provide entrepreneurship practice reference for the Chinese companies, especially in Pearl River Delta.
