摘　　要： 当前,微课的兴起是教学信息化中一道引人注目的新景观。高校开展微课建设,必须既汲取既往资源建设的经验,又注重提高资源的可重用性和利用率。为此,在目标定位上要推动共建共享并将立足点定位于"助学"功能;在创新方向上要体现"小、实、新"的特色;在资源结构上要处理好快餐与中餐、大餐的关系;在评价体系上要引导优秀作品的生成。在微课开发的初始阶段,理智、科学地建立、完善评价标准(游戏规则)对后续发展具有全局性的影响和导向作用。当前的评价标准应突出三个关键点,即针对不同学科特点研制分门别类的评价标准、加大用户评价的权重、重视可重用资源的价值导向。 The rise of micro-lessons is a compelling new landscape in informational teaching. Participants in micro-lesson development must learn from the experience of previous resource development, focusing on improving reusability and resource utilization. To this end, micro-lesson development should be oriented towards cooperation and sharing, and focus on ＂assisting＂ learning. Innovations should be small, substantial, and original. Relationships among snack resources, lunch resources and feast resources should be well handled. Its evaluation system should be able to facilitate the generation of outstanding work. On the initial stage, scientific evaluation criteria should be established so as to influence and guide＇the development of micro-lessons. Evaluation criteria should focus on three key points： subject-based, a great weight on user-evaluation, and reusability.
