摘　　要： 分析寺院旅游景区的服务管理情况。针对南华寺景区接待服务、解说服务、商业服务和设施管理四方面进行问卷设计和实地调查。结果显示:南华寺景区存在标识牌不规范、咨询服务欠缺、基础设施不完善和旅游商品特色性不突出等问题,提出完善南华寺院内设施和解说服务系统、增加体验性旅游项目、加强宣传力度以及设计寺院文化特色旅游商品等建议。 To look into the temple scemc area service management, tins paper na~ camcu u,, questionnaire design and field survey from hospitality services, interpretation services, business services and facilities management four aspects of Nanhua Temple in Guangdong. The results show that there are problems in Nanhua Temple, as well as non-standard signage, inadequate infrastructure, lack of tourism commodity characteristics. This paper has put towards some suggestions in connection with problems, such as to improve the temple facilities and interpretive services, to increase experiential tourism projects, to step up publicity efforts and to design temple cultural tourism commodities.
