摘　　要： 研究了利玛窦在韶州居住期间所进行的天主教文化和数学文化传播的主要工作及对以后的"学术传教"策略的影响,论证了韶州在利玛窦传教生涯中占有重要的地位和价值。 This paper studied Matteo Ricci＇s primary work in the spread of the culture on Catholicism and mathematics during his stay in Shaozhou, and its effect on his later strategy of ＂Academic Missionization＂, which demonstrated Shaozhou＇s important Status and value for Matteo Ricci＇s career as a missionary.
