摘　　要： 随着社会文化建设的推进,志愿服务活动逐渐成为高校思想政治教育的有效载体.同样地,在艺术院校,志愿服务活动在思想教育中也发挥了重要的作用.当前,艺术院校的志愿服务取得了较大的成绩,但也存在不少问题.本文主要分析艺术院校志愿服务发展过程存在的问题,剖析阻碍其发展的因素,总结发展的趋势,最后提出了艺术院校志愿服务发展的对策与建议. With the promotion of social and cultural construction, voluntary service activities gradually become ideological and political education an effective carrier. Similarly, in art schools, voluntary service activltios in the ideological education also played an important role. Currently, the art school volunteer servioa has made great achiovements, but there are many problems. This article analyzes the development of art institutions voluntary scrvice problems, analyze the factors that hinder its development, summed up the trend, and finally presents developmont of art institutions volunteering countermeasures and suggestions.
