摘 要: 利用Markowitz均值-方差模型,在对现阶段我国既有建筑节能改造形势和现状分析的基础上,从城市建筑环境节能改造视角,充分考虑现阶段我国既有建筑节能改造补偿模式收益的模糊不确定状态,构建了既有建筑节能改造补偿模式最优组合模型,以期用最小的补偿成本模式使既有建筑节能改造后的整体效用达到最大化.以南昌市既有建筑节能改造为例,通过实例计算,验证了该模型的可行性. Using Markowitz mean-variance model,the form and current situation of the existing buildings' energy-efficiency renovation at present stage was analyzed.And from the aspect of urban architecture environment energy-efficiency renovation,considering fully the fuzzy uncertainty compensation benefits mode of existing buildings' energy-efficiency renovation at current stage,an combination optimal model for existing buildings' energy-efficiency renovation compensation is proposed to attain the maximize overall effectiveness of energy saving after existing buildings' energy-efficiency renovation using the minimum compensation cost.Taking the buildings' energy-efficiency renovation in Nanchang area for example,the feasibility of the model was verified by real calculation.
