摘　　要： 本文从高校学生教育管理工作中存在的主要问题入手,引出以人为本教育理念是高校学生教育管理的工作关键。尤其在素质教育环境下,高校学生管理过程更要始终坚持创新性的教育理念,促进高校学生教育管理工作。 Starting from the problems in the management of college students education, this paper points out that humanist education idea is the key of university students education management. Especially under the environment of quality education, university students management process must always adhere to the innovation education idea, so as to promote the education of university students management work.
