摘　　要： 根据2006—2010年云南对东盟商品出口的相关数据，从实证的角度，运用指数分析、协整分析等定量分析方法，对云南对东盟的出口商品结构、出口比较优势及其与云南产业结构的关系等问题进行了系统论述与客观评价，并基于将云南建设成为面向西南开放的“桥头堡”战略，提出未来云南对东盟出口商品结构优化和转型的政策建议。 This paper explores the export trade structure and comparative advantages of Yunnan province to ASEAN from an em- pirical perspective and by way of index and con - integration analysis. According to the relative data from 2006 to 2010, it makes a systematic discussion and objective evaluation of the export trade structure, the export comparative advantages of Yunnan prov- ince to ASEAN and their relationships with Yunnan＇s industrial structure. Then, based on the strategy of building up Yunnan Province into a southwest - oriented opening ＂bridgehead＂, the paper presents some suggestions to optimize and transform the structure of export commodities of Yunnan province to ASEAN.
