摘 要: 以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体,苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)为交联单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,选择阴离子反应型乳化剂SE-10和非离子型乳化剂NP-10复配型乳化剂,采用预乳化种子乳液聚合法合成了苯丙微皂乳液表面施胶剂。结果发现,稳定的苯丙微皂乳液的较优合成条件为:聚合反应温度为78℃,搅拌速率在200-250rpm,软硬单体质量比m BA/(m St+m MMA)为1,St用量为26%,乳化剂用量为2.5%(SE-10与NP-10质量比为2∶1),引发剂KPS用量在0.3%,NMA的用量为2.5%,AA的用量为3%,此条件下合成的乳液凝胶率为0.33%,膜平滑光亮,涂膜吸水率为2.36%,具有优异的稳定性及抗水性。 Using butyl acrylate (BA) as the soft monomer, styrene (St) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the hard monomer, N-hydroxyl methylacrylic acid amides (NMA) as cross-linking monomer, acrylic acid (AA) as functional monomer, using the mixed anionic (SE-10) and nonionic (NP-10) emulsifier, the styrene-acrylate micro soap-containing emulsion was made by the per-emulsified seeded emulsion polymerization method. The experiment results indicated that when the monomer mass ratio ( BA)/( St + MMA) was 1, dosage of St was 26%, dosage of emulsifier was 2.5% ( proportion of SE-10 to NP-10 emulsifier was 2 : 1 ) , dosage of KPS was 0.3% , dosage of NMA was 2.5 %, dosage of AA was 3 % ent, the film bibulous rate was 2.36%, , the emulsion gel rate was 0.33%, the emulsion had excellent stability and the film was smooth and transparent,the film bibulous rate was 2.36%,the emulsion had excellent stability and water-resistance.
