摘 要: 通过溶胶-交联合成法制备出透明超疏水性液体。该液体涂在玻璃以及其他各种表面上后自反应形成了透明超疏水涂层。采用扫描电镜、紫外可见分光光度计及接触角测量仪对涂层进行测试。结果表明:涂层中的SiΟ2颗粒分布均匀,粒径分布窄,平均粒径约为10nm,且与水滴的接触角达158°,滚动角接近0°,透光性好。 A kind of transparent superohydrophobic liquid was prepared by sol-crosslinking method. And when the glass surface was coated with the liquid,a self-reacted transparent super-hydrophobic film can be formed. The properties of the film were characterized by SEM, UVVis and contact angle instrument. The results showed that the SiO2 particles of the coating were evenly distributed,with narrow size distribution of approximately 10nm. And the contact angle of water drop- lets of the coating with good light transmission was up to 158 °, roll angle closed to 0 ° .
