摘　　要： 超个人心理学的意识谱理论，与《坛经》思想的比较，重新认识《坛经》的人文价值。超个人心理学家维尔伯，提出了著名的意识谱理论，把人的意识划分为四个层次：心灵层、存在层、自我层和阴影层。研究发现，心灵层的内涵与《坛经》中的佛性是一致的，但是《坛经》只强调人人具足心灵层，不作心理分析。超个人心理学最流行的意识训练方法，与《坛经》中神秀大师的修行方法是一致的。《坛经》的许多开示与对话，直指心灵层，使存在层、自我层和阴影层同时熄灭，当下心灵层显现，并且，法无定法。研究结果表明，《坛经》中蕴涵着最深刻的心理学思想。 To anew the humanity value of Altar Sutra, this paper compares thoughts of Altar Sutra with theory of Spectrum of Consciousness in Transpersonal Psychology. Wilber, a psychologist of Transpersonal Psychology, proposed the famous theory of Spectrum of Consciousness which divides consciousness into psy- che layer, existence layer, ego layer and shadow layer. Meaning of psyche layer is the same as buddhata in Altar Sutra, but Altar Sutra emphasizes psyche layer only, no psychoanalysis. Training of Consciousness in Transper- sonal Psychology is the same as the method of Master ShenXiu, but main instructions and dialogues in Altar Sutra are pointing to the psyche layer, going out existence layer, ego layer and shadow layer and directly emerg- ing at one＇s psyche layer, so there is no fixed method for training of consciousness. The study reveals that Altar Sutra harbors the most profound psychological thoughts.
