摘 要: 高校改革能否取得预期成效,受多种因素制约,包括高校内部成员面对改革过程的利益调整状态、能力状态、共识情形和理解改革目标的情形。这些因素构成了高校改革的推动者应当关注的高校内部成员的动机和能力及其组合的基本的情境并要求高校改革的推动者依据相关情境思考改革的路径。高等院校改革应注重形成共识,关注利益,重视能力,明确目标。 Whether the reform of university could achieve the planned performance or not is restricted by various factors including the situations of the benefit-adjusting, ability, consensus, and understanding of the goal of the internal members of university in the process of reform. All of these factors have constituted the basic situations of the motivations and abilities and their combinations for the promoters of university reform to care about, which have required the promoters of university reform to think about the reform paths according to the relative situations. The reform of university should abide by the principles of consensus, benefit, ability and clear objective.
